Structural Designer and Model Manager: Commercial cooler: Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Abdul Monem- (440L, 260L, 216L), Commercial freezers: Lovello, Quality- (270L), Desktop cooler: NESTLE- (20L)
Responsibilities under those models-
1) To benchmark refrigerator
2) To develop the concept of a refrigerator
3) To design moldable parts in CAD
4) To select tools (Mold/Die/Jig) supplier, confirm the order, freeze specification (DFM), confirm availability, and Implementation
5) To prepare structural BOM & to confirm component/parts and mapping
6) To order and implementation of the structural jig, fixture, gauge design
7) To prepare and implement of structural instructions
8) To optimize structural part cost
9) To analyze structural assembly line and after-sales service problems & to make action plans and execution on product development
10) To confirm structural parts certification

In the mentioned period, with new responsibilities, and challenges I had to work with different dimensions. I have developed a fully new desktop cooler called “Chocolate Cooler (21L)’’, which is very new to Walton and even in Bangladesh. I have opportunity to work with Chinese suppliers to order foreign mold. In this phase, I get a chance to improve my manufacturable product design. By this, I’m enlisted for some future development and quality improvement.

Structural Designer: Designer of 440L Beverage Cooler integrated with Digital Transparent Display.
Responsibilities under the series.
1. To provide production support as deputy model manager of Beverage cooler
2. To develop the concept.
3. Quality improvement of all beverage cooler models

I have joined Walton as a fresh graduate engineer in this position. From the beginning, I had to learn all the processes of assembling a refrigerator. At that time, I had to give full-time production support as an R&D designer. I gave production support for almost 6 months and then I start designing beside production support and started my product design career as a conceptual product designer. My first conceptual design was the WBQ-4D0-TDTD-XX door aesthetic design. Then in the next 3-4 months, several of the design was approved by the management and then I was assigned delicately to Advance Research Team as a conceptual product designer for commercial models. In the next few months, I became very popular in our refrigerator R&D as the young star of a conceptual product designer. Then I was assigned to manufacturable product design. This WBQ-4D0-TDTD-XX was my first manufacturable door profile design, which is now available in the Bangladesh market and selected for the CES fair. After that, I was assigned for improving product quality, reduced cost, and improve some of the process difficulties on the production line. At the same time, I was giving production support, Mold trail, and CTQ on new products besides my manufacturable product design. Made BOM for the new product and did deep research on reducing cost by maximum elimination of structural products on the assembly line. In this timeline, I also did some mold modification and designed parts like the body stand & front cover, door liner, canopy, etc. which are now running in the production line.
Team Ogrodoot is a research team from RUET(Bangladesh) that mainly focuses on engineering researches and implementations of different mechanisms and projects. Team Ogrodoot achieved 25th position at the European Rover Challenge 2018 out of 65 teams from different countries around the world and achieved 2nd position in Bangladesh.
The International Association of Engineers (IAENG) is a non-profit international association for engineers and computer scientists. IAENG was founded by a group of engineers and computer scientists in 1968, originally as a private club network for its founding members. Nowadays, IAENG has its secretariat office in Hong Kong with more than 140,000 members and holds the annual congress World Congress on Engineering for the engineering research communities.

(An Enterprise of Bangladesh Power Development Board) was incorporated with Registrar of joint stock companies on February 16, 2004 to produce and sale of Electricity. EGCB has a plan to become a leading electricity generation company across the country. Electricity generation-related business services are among the fastest growing and key area of the economy, EGCB intends to capitalize on the opportunity in that area. The company's major share is currently held by BPDB.
